
Students complete their professional courses in various institutes but they don’t know how to utilize their knowledge in an industry. So that they can do their work perfectly and company will hire them immediately. In this regard student will undergo a training program me called “National employability enhancement scheme (NEES)”. Whatever you learn in the classrooms can experience in real world environment then the effectiveness of learning enhances.
The institutes are still not able to keep the latest version of tools & machines. So there is a large gap between industries & institutes. The students come out of their institutes after completing their course are not completely ready to work in a full fledged company. The company acquires the latest tools & techniques but students don’t know properly how to use this techniques or machineries.
This program can be availed by anyone who wants to improve their living standard.Minimum educational qualification for undergoing this program is Senior Secondary or any graduation level vocational courses.

They pay stipend to the trainees during training. They take care of the trainees ‘safety’, ‘health’ etc. Some industry also provides insurance coverage during this training.
